It’s been few days since I received shipping confirmation email but tracking still says “USPS is awaiting item” or “Pre-Shipment”.
Our products are shipped from our various international partner facilities (United States, Canada, Spain or Singapore). It may take about a week for your package to clear country's customs. The information may not get updated on USPS website until they receive the package from customs. However, once USPS has your package, they usually deliver in about 2-3 days. Please note that there may be delays during holiday season.
For packages arriving from our international warehouses, we use private shipping company that is as safe and secure as any other major companies. However, given we have to offer free shipping and make sure customers don’t pay custom fees, it unfortunately makes shipping times slower.
When will my item be shipped?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. We will send you an update once your items have been shipped.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is absolutely free! Since we ship out of international warehouses with a reliable low-cost courier provider, our fee arrangement has allowed us to waive off any shipping charges for our customers around the world.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! All our orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive an email with the tracking details once the item has been shipped.
When will I receive the item?
Our products are shipped from different international warehouses. It may take 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive. In most cases, items usually arrive within 7-10 days.
I want to expedite delivery.
You can send us a special request before placing the order and we will you a revised invoice (incl. shipping charges) with an approximate delivery time. Please note that in such cases, any on-going offers such as Free Shipping will become void.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
After you have successfully paid for the order it is not possible for us to cancel the order as we immediately start the packaging and shipping process.
I haven’t received my order?
Please use the tracking number to track the progress of your shipment and to get an estimate delivery date. If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed the order, please contact us and will help resolve the issue.
I have received a wrong/defective/broken item!
We make sure all our orders are processed, packaged and shipped carefully. If you have received a wrong/defective/broken item, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement free of cost, or offer you a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy here.
